Discord!

Seriously, there are loads of communities of super motivated people (many of them young) in the exact same position as you.

Some of the older folks on HN have a distaste for Discord and don’t see it as being a place for serious discussions, but I assure you, among the teenagers there are also super smart, always-online engineers and builders absolutely chomping at the bit to start talking projects.

A lot of open source projects have Discord's - just pick a tech that you use and see if they link to one on their site or readme
