> Without an outstanding company culture, most KPIs are almost useless. Also, with an outstanding company culture, KPIs aren't really necessary. So, when would they be useful? I'm not as negative on KPIs as the previous line suggests though. They can be useful to shape direction when used carefully. But don't make them too long-lived, discard and create new ones as soon as they become gameable. |
