Anyone have experience comparing the two programs. Are they mostly the same ? Already familiar with Azure, Azure devops etc and leaning towards it.

Choose what you are familiar with. It‘s much easier to build things when you feel comfortable with your tools because you will be uncomfortable with every other aspect of your startup journey
