Her point about why she wouldn't recommend other women to be engineers is completely overshadowed with her workplace woes. I get it, she dislikes her office culture, but that doesn't explain why she'd pick such a gender specific title. I think it's a complete over-generalization to use her experiences in her field to warn other females. To be honest, it feels like a sympathy piece. |
