For normal people, please lift, it's amazing, but just don't go too heavy, especially with squats & dead lifts. The risk is too high. Get to squat 150kg is highly likely to cause back injuries for a vast majority of the people. Whereas lifting 50% of max reps with higher reps will get you similar benefits, in most cases even more muscle growth, without the high risk of injuries. |
