Opposite experience for me. So far my 2016 Tesla has been the best car-owning experience I’ve ever had. Last week had to fix the instrument clusters, door handle, and a couple of recall issues. My 100k warranty ends in 400 miles - so needed to get it done. This was my first time in the shop. Got a loaner for 4 days, problems all fixed, no cost. They communicated everything going on. Really fantastic- I feel like a valued customer. Only thing I’d suggest is they wash and vacuum - but that’s just a nice-to-have really. |
