On iOS, Rain Rain is my favorite. It’s a free with limitations app, but I don’t find the limitations too bad. But honestly, we have a HomePod mini that does 99.999% of the work in the house. The HomePod has half-a-dozen or so background noises including rain, ocean and white noises |
