I think mostly in 2 ways: - You usually get a better response rate on AskMore interviews than when you're asking people for a call. Our assumption is that it's just much lighter for the participant and less of a commitment. - It also speeds things up because you send the interview link and people can answer the interview in 5min. So you don't need to have back and forth to schedule a call, wait potentially days until the participant is available.
