With TOR, even the middle men don't know who you are (not considering some large entity controlling too much of 5he TOR network). With a VPN, the middle man sees all your (encrypted) traffic. Considering your question from a host/website point of view, connections trough TOR endpoints are blocked way more often than connections trough a VPN. |
