Interestingly, OSX has had a Summary Service for as long as I can remember: Simply select text > App (Menu bar) > Services > Summarize[1]. I still use it from time to time, and it's pretty good, and completely offline! [1] It's off by default these days, you'll have to turn on the Summary service under service settings. |
