I wouldn't say it's 0 but it's definitely less than what some might imagine.

Roles higher up the chain e.g. senior vs junior that do pay more should be a bit more "stressful".

Stress is just relative to talent, though; you can expect more stuggle in any type of role if you lack it.

There are lots of things beyond talent that talent can't fix. E.g. when those are above are only interested in politic point scoring you can never win. A "talented" solution might be worse.
