No, you don't solve puzzles directly, you create rules to solve thousands of them. It also has multiple different board layouts.

Alright just played a bit and it gets extremely complicated. The UI makes it more and more confusing.

It's definitely not Hexcells, Hexcells is way more chill, this one is a way more complicated.

Hexcells is nothing like Hexxagon. Other than the hexes.

And hexes are only one of the tile sets. They're the easiest. Squares are a bit more difficult. Triangles can get crazy. Infinite triangles can get most confusing.
