new hires can be brought on for less than the mid-to-high end. plenty of demand for fresh blood that doesn't know how the industry works and can be worked hard for 5 years. run a couple cycles of firing the seniors and hiring noobs and you can get the wages down. what did someone in that role make 2 years before? |
