I'm just one person but in my experience the quality of open positions on LinkedIn has been exactly 0 for quite awhile. I was looking for a job in 2020 and LinkedIn was full of open positions with my skillset. I received almost 0 replies from any of my applications. Again, this is just my opinion, but I would argue that it's best to spend that time researching companies and their open positions and try to find ways to apply through some alternative channels. |
