Seems like "doing science" is a 2020ism. In the past there was the scientific method, which in it's own right is not really a complete thing in it's own either. But scientific discovery can happen with no method at all. Just not seeing mold in a petri dish or finding yourself getting sick by drinking your own spit when you were sick a week later. Sorry, couldn't help myself. |
