Sorry, this reads as resentment that Trump won and that Wikileaks played a part by putting up Podesta's emails. That is the one instance I've heard of Russian intelligence supposedly funneling data through them, posing as Guccifer, with a specific goal in mind. In what case have the Chinese supposedly used wikileaks?
