All this is true but there are some other factors I’d consider:
- Experts will definitely be valuable but with an extreme bell curve favoring the top. 10+yoe? Yes. 3-4yoe? Maybe
-JS is ubiquitous but as a company grows the techstack specializes. JS at a startup would be very valuable everywhere, JS at a late stage FAANG will be more constrained |
