It's not even about tracking, sessions are perfectly cromulent under GDPR without popups. It's only if you start tracking users without any other purpose than marketing/spamming when GDPR steps in and demands you ask the user for a permission. Unfortuantely over 99% of websites just want to sell your data because they see it as "free" extra income. |
