Wholeheartedly agree. One underlining here is it's easy to fake experience in an individual domain ("yeah, I know python. I read like 2 books.") but you can't fake experience in multiple, pointed domains ("yeah, I used python to manage a fleet of clown cars for the Hertz-Barnum merger"). |
