Things are likely just going to change. At one point you could make a living writing HTML/CSS. I remember ~20 years ago right when I started getting into the field of software, that was a job title, and it paid well. Now days I don't think that's really a thing, and very much automated away. But there are front end jobs that require expertise in crazy frameworks that pay 3x what anyone ever made doing HTML. |
