I lived in an African desert for 3 years. 50C+/125F+ temperatures being normal. No electricity, so no air con. Nobody died.

People don't die without air con. Stupid people might, but they always will.

Some (very small) subset of private jet flights are medical transfers to higher-level hospitals.
