Just out of curiosity, what kind of information will be helpful for you? We thought of including a flow chart showing what you'll be doing each week (e.g. dealing with a racing mind, cognitive restructuring, stimulus control, sleep restriction etc.) on the program, and also some of the information in https://stellarsleep.com/science.
