For a seed stage company, it costs something like this:

Automation frameworks cost around ~10k

Audit ~ 10k

Tools and other supporting products ~10k

Time spent by team.. priceless

Haha, yes, shadow labour costs are always priceless.

$1900 is definitely too much compared to that.
