It seems like that profits are a more direct way to achieve "success" for them. > "Profitability is critical to achieving superior returns, building our capital, and attracting and keeping our best people" This should serve as a reminder that you can talk, talk, and talk some more, but ultimately, you need to "walk the walk" for your words to carry a significant impact. |
