Does anybody know of a tool that can produce HTML & CSS from a hand-drawn mock-up as input? I would totally use that.

It looks like Microsoft published the code on GitHub, so you might be able to deploy it via Azure. (I haven't tried it.)

It's not you, I'm guessing they removed the 'Try it out' app from Azure, it also won't load for me. Sounds like Microsoft.

Bing can do this. Although I tested it only for very simple hand drawn mockups. "As an AI assistant", it may refuse to do so from time to time
