Team up with an agent. Like an actor has an agent. Not a recruiter. They find jobs for a group of clients that from time to time seek a deep specialism; you bill your time/work from your company. I'm not in the US. They're a thing (certainly used to be, when I was there) in Europe and I imagine they must be in the US too. |
