Yes there is much to be said for PD. I mention it purely to facilitate budget conscious entry: Pinecil + existing brick: 26 USD Pinecil + Gan charger: 50ish on a good day Plus headroom - the old charger I've got is 120W rated. For most people your suggestion makes more sense, but I'd like to spread awareness of the alternative too. Saves money. Saves ewaste. |
