because OP did not mention company name. storys about horrible Stripe appears on HN quite regularly, in 92-95% times user do not want to mention company name because usually company a bit shady. other 5-8% of issues are usually resolved by Stripe.
which is also not good, because social media should not be used as support line, but looks like Stripe likes this way of doing things. upd: user created a post and then leave it without any comments, which also do not look trustworthy. |
