So presumably if you want to implement something that uses various browser permissions, this site is a good place to start because people working on the Chromium web browser project are using this site to check interactions of the browser permission system.

It would be really nifty if you used any context clues or pressed any buttons before making uninformed comments.

Giving a random site access to various devices without knowing the purpose would require you to not use your brain though.
Click a button, receive a permission request, refuse it. Congratulations, you know have a good clue as to what this site's purpose is, without giving it access to your device.
Oh wow, I have a "clue" what the purpose of the site is? Yeah sure, no need for any description of what a random site does. Let's just let users waste time collecting clues. Absurd.
