Many people that seek leadership roles are indeed narcissists. People with strong narcissistic tendencies may indeed be drawn to high-level corporate positions due to the visibility, power, and status associated with these roles. These folks proper in environments where they are in control and don't do quite as well working "in" teams. This is usually the tell. ;)
