This has definitely been my experience in India as well. Upwards of 70% of rides get cancelled. Usually after waiting for 10-15 min. There is absolutely no certainty around when you will reach your destination if you decide to go by Uber. Its a complete shitshow. Ola is slightly better I guess but not by much. |
