I don't know. I don't have a problem with not being able to install stuff while updating stuff. Incidentally, the same is true for Windows and Windows Update enabled programs (think Office, Visual Studio) or OSX and the App Store. Also, while I agree that the command line should never be necessary, it is often the most convenient way to solve problems on Windows and OSX, too. |
