Both are web frontends for the Flashpoint Archive's database: https://flashpointarchive.org/ The difference is that 9o3o is Flashpoint's official (experimental) site, whereas Flash Museum is a third-party site that imported Flashpoint's database into WordPress and reuploaded the Flash files into an S3 bucket (without preserving directory structures or accounting for multi-asset items). |
