Perhaps Mika Mobile's problem is that they are trying to provide support like a large company without the resources to do so. I certainly applaud their effort, but would it have been more economical to simply tell people that they can give a refund and that's it? It seems a shame that they're giving up their position in the Android market and abandoning some hard-won experience. |
