One question - in your case, how long does it take for you to start noticing its (good or bad) effect?

I've suffered from Longcovid since last year, and this seems to be something safe that I can try, with a possibility of positive result.

It's as long as it takes to be sure it's not other things that inadvertently happen to one in life
