I do body weight exercises and stretch every day. They are easy to do during breaks from coding, and don't require any special equipment. I am really fond of the L-sit as it works so many muscle groups and makes for a strong core. It's something you may have to work up to though. I also meditate. It is great for concentration and overall well-being. |

It was on HN few months ago and since then I do it almost every day. I've been going to the gym for a long time but proper stretching is something I never paid attention to.
