    - Salaries for bookstore employees.
    - Shipping, packaging.
    - Inventory management.
    - Bookstore profit margins.
    - MUCH simpler typesetting, since pagination is mostly handled by the device.

So by saying it should only be ten percent of savings you are really understating the advantage by quite a bit.
