From the article the exact time seems to be 22 minutes, which is, funningly the duration of loops between supernovas explosion in Outer Wilds.

Its also the running time of most sitcoms once you take out the commercials. Are we in a simulation and is that simulation under syndication?

Some shows are a lot worse with the ads. Big Bang Theory was running 18 minute episodes 7 years ago and I'm sure it's only gotten more extreme.

Ah Outer Wilds is such a beautiful game, I'd highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't tried it.
