Hello, Is there a way to download on-call report with incident summary from Pagerduty? I know there is a expensive version under "Digital Operations" plan which allows more incident reports/analytics but the cheaper versions only gives incident counts, etc. What I was looking for a easy way to get all the summary of on-call incidents (Count, severity, status, etc) where PagerDuty notifications were triggered so that Manager and team would know in summary rather than only at the on-call handover. |
