Oh yeah. In the long term because of it actually replacing jobs without creating enough new ones. In the short term, because C-Suite folk overestimate its ability to replace workers. (I'm a software engineer, recently laid off with a couple thousands other people with a CEO that's big into ChatGPT and worked under a director that wanted to ChatGPT all the things, even where it didn't remotely make sense). |
