The problem is that publishers specifically do not want to be bundled together, as it reduces their ability to set their own prices.

Apple News+ does bundling, and it's pretty crap because it includes WSJ, but only some of their articles. Of course you have unlimited access to a bunch of news blogs, but that isn't worth the same as AAA news source.
