Oracle applies changes relative to CentOS Stream, see for example: rpm -qp https://yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleLinux/OL9/baseos/latest/x86_64/getPackageSource/glibc-2.34-60.0.2.el9.src.rpm --changelog | head -n 25
So I don't think they aim for exact bug-for-bug compatibility. |
