You have a couple of options to really understand networks at a fundamental level

- Go through a well regarded textbook on networks

- Go through the PDF/powerpoint slides/notes for some networking course offered by a well regarded university, these should be easy to find if you search "<university name> + network course pdf"

- Go through lecture videos on youtube for a networking course

Youtube videos you'll find by searching "network tutorial" are likely going to be beginner level and not very useful. You want the deep and technical videos not the things people are making just for the sake of making youtube videos

I won't link anything specific here. If you're serious, you'll find everything on Google without too much trouble by searching yourself.
