I'm 40 and have ADHD. Unlike what seems to be the common case ( ADHD symptoms lessening or abating as you age), my symptoms are worse now than they ever were. It is beyond exhausting. I get to the end of every single day and look around wondering what the hell I've actually accomplished today. I will spend wasted hours each day hoping ebteren tabs in my browser and just so very distracted. I have noticed that when my significant other gets home from work, I am able to focus a bit better and get some stuff accomplished. I'm guessing that is some body doubling. Interesting read. |
