Me and along with people who do not work on DotNet or iOS app development, that includes Java, PHP, BI, Salesforce and even Sales and Marketing guys use Ubuntu for last 15 years (50 - 70 people). We do normal dev stuff like program & emails & meetings & docker and etc. When I installed Ubuntu on HP Pavillion dv4 laptop for one of the friend, who was casual user, said - what kind of OS is this, which is still working after 6 years. :) Happy to contribute to that 3%. |
