I know you're a troll, but I'm not sure if you understand the implication of what you said. I do eat seed oils. I don't have heart disease. You can't feel arterial plaque building up, the first symptom of CVD is often a fatal event, so I'm not sure what you think I'd learn unless I did it for decades. And it wouldn't matter if I did have heart disease, n=1 is usually irrelevant in dietary hypotheses.
