There is more research on Ketamine than there is on psilocybin and MDMA, especially as a treatment for depression. And the research on psilocybin and MDMA is brutally opinionated and deceiving. It's a con that will do more damage than good.

Multiple German clinics offer Ketamine therapy. The procedures are very simple and have been pretty much perfected.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND psilocybin and MDMA to treat depression. Ketamine beats both, short-, mid- and long-term.

If you are active enough, eat enough and your psycho-social environment is more or less fulfilling and you are still depressed for long periods, then I recommend Ketamine therapy before anything else, especially SSRIs.
