For anyone else just starting out this seems to be highly suggested for beginners https://www.boostcamp.app/reddit-ppl. I have been doing it for a few months and the app makes it really easy to track. They have a premium version that lets you sub workouts or you can "donate" to the creator of the program. I gave them like $10 since I have gotten so much value out of it. |
