Google can now use any information posted online (Publicly available). To help train their AI models. Which before was focused specifically on language models. Effectively putting a price on your data and increasing privacy concerns. Google's shift in policy is going to start to be the norm. As companies begin to have more and more of an appetite for data. And AI models continue to advance. A big issue here is online privacy. What does that even mean nowadays in the world of AI and data capture? Who knows… Just always make sure you are keeping in mind what goes out on the web. Because you never know what will happen to that data. |
