I deterministically generate all my passwords whenever I need them using a small bash script and a master passphrase.. so 0 stored anywhere, even encrypted.

As any other tech-savy person I don't have a text file with password. There are way better solutions out there.

MySQL database; about 150 rows. Mind you, some of those are very, very obsolete.
